The 5 best hotels and resorts in doha Qatar

Whether you are on a stopover, a business trip or a vacation, we have selected the 5 best hotels in Doha for you to enjoy a dream stay in the Qatari capital, whatever your style or desire :

1 . Al Jasra Boutique Hotel

Why do we book? This is the ideal hotel, especially for very short stays in the Qatari capital. This unique collection of nine boutique hotels, located in the heart of Souq Waqif and all connected to each other (in other words, each guest can use the facilities of the eight other "sister" hotels of his or her own) allows you to enjoy a charming address in an ideal location, without cutting back on comfort. Many of the rooms at Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels by Tivoli are indeed worthy of the best 5-star hotels in the city!

2.GRAND LUXE

Why do we book? This is our other favorite in Doha, also tested and approved by us during our recent stay in the Qatari capital. This modern day palace, with its neo-classical style and Arabian touches, will seduce the most demanding travelers with its luxury (the lobby sets the tone!), its ultra comfortable rooms and suites, its personalized service (the butler can, for example, take care of unpacking your suitcase when you arrive) and its profusion of facilities.

3.Four Seasons Hotel Doha

Why do we book? At the end of the Corniche, the Four Seasons Hotel Doha lives up to the reputation of the Canadian brand. Facing the sea, the 5-star hotel offers all the luxury you would expect from a Four Seasons hotel. Private beach, 5 pools (!), ten restaurants and lounges (including the Qatari branch of Nobu), spa and tennis courts, it is difficult to imagine a more complete experience.

4.Mandarin Oriental, Doha

Why do we book? Unlike the St. Regis or the Four Seasons, the Mandarin Oriental, Doha - now scheduled to open in early 2018 - has chosen a more intimate and urban format, in the heart of Msheireb Downtown, the future most exclusive district of the Qatari capital. No private beach, no pool by the sea, but rooms with an ultra chic contemporary decor, a 3,000 square meter spa among the largest in the city, and no less than nine gourmet addresses, from the signature restaurant IZU to the signature pastry shop, The Mandarin Cake Shop. More than promising.

5.W Doha Hotel & Residences

Why do we book? Located 200 meters from the Corniche, the W Doha has established itself since its opening in 2009 as one of the most prominent addresses of the American brand. Contemporary design and a "trendy" atmosphere (or at least, trying to be) are the hallmarks of this huge hotel (445 rooms and suites), which has been acclaimed by the public (regularly ranked n°1 on TripAdvisor). Note: some of the city's best restaurants are located within the hotel, including the two restaurants of multi-starred chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten (Market and Spice Market).

Dubai Travel

Dubai’s tourism sector has been experiencing constant growth over the years, with the city receiving more than 5 million visitors annually. There are over 120 different airlines operating into and out of Dubai, with flights to over 260 destinations all over the world. One of Dubai’s main attractions is the city itself, built as it is, right in the middle of the Arabian Desert. Dubai has neither a natural flowing river – or even an oasis, yet human ingenuity and capital has managed to build a magnificent city here. Dubai is a city of grandeur, hosting the world’s biggest man-made harbor ( Jebel Ali Port ) , the world’s biggest building project (Emirate’s Towers), the world’s biggest and most expensive hotel, the Burj Al Arab, and many other grand projects, all thanks to Petro-dollars. These are great attractions for many people who like to see the wonders of capitalism. Another feature which draws visitors to Dubai in their hordes is it’s relatively liberal nature, at

Dubai: The Folly of grandeur at the doors of the desert

We do not describe anymore. A small village of Bedouins until the early 1960s, the emirate was able to take advantage of its natural resources to relieve its thirst for modernity. Over the years, this desert expanse has grown to become the favorite playground of the greatest international architects. And they compete creatively to push the limits of excess. If Burj Al Arab, famous for its sailing-like design, and Burj Khalifa, the tallest tower in the world, contribute to Dubai's international reputation, this cosmopolitan city has many assets to attract travelers from all over the world. Embodying the Arab dream, the city of all superlatives is renowned for its luxury hotels, such as Thousand and One Nights palaces, some of which are set on palm-shaped artificial islands. Ideal destination for lovers of seaside pleasures, Dubai is especially a paradise for shoppers who will find their happiness in gigantic malls. The Dubai World Cup (the world’s richest horse race) and the Dubai Shopping Festival attract crowds each year, many of whom just spend a few days here. Behind the futuristic architecture of the coastline, the rolling desert landscapes take over. Visit the Bedouin tribes, experience the excitement of dune driving, or opt for a slower form of transportation- the camel
